Time Zone or related option

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any option or place to edit the time zone for posting records. Whenever i enter a new record, it's in a different time zone, and it could get confusing for my client.

When we create records we use Joomla JDate class to create date. may be you can adjust it with Joomla globalt time offset parameter.

Changed offset does not apply to already saved records. It applies on the moment of saving.

Then calculate what is incorrect offset and change Joomla parameter accordingly.
