Cobalt has separate fileds for different media content. Special fo video, for pictures or audio. It depends what kind of media content you want. I suppose you mean video. Then, Cobalt may embed video, may upload video and may use links and find video by the link to display. It automatically adjust size of the video box (width and height) and perfectly fit it to any layout.

Upload suports HTML5, HTML4 and Flash and switches automatically depending on browser version.

But of course it does not looks the same like on screenshot. But it has all those features and even little bit more :)
