Multiple fields for one question

Hello all.

First of all, thanks for creating such a good extension, I've been very impressed so far.

However, I now have a problem.

Is it possible to give multiple fields to one 'question'?

I have attached a photo of my previous ASP/SQL script.

You can see, that each question (target) has Action, Target, Outcome, Completion Date, Achievement and Comments.

Is it possible to achieve something simelar with Cobalt?

Failing this, is it possible to link one record (for example, a 'targets' record) to one in another category?
