Bad loading times

I'm experiencing loading times on the forum section of my site which are often 2-10 seconds. This is very frustrating, especially since other (non-cobalt) sections load in less than a second after browser caching. Experience for yourself: https://crispy.cat/forum

If you check in your browsers network tab you will see that 15 second is needed to load matomo.php and 1.4s for matomo.js so it is not problem of Cobalt but that file except this site load in 2-3 secs only. you should find out what is that matomo.js

I think that was just a glitch that caused Matomo to take so long to load. By the way, it's an analytics software which doesn't violate user privacy (cough Google). I just tried going to my user profile's Watch tab, and it took 10 seconds to load. I think this is a database issue. Is there a way to debug this?
