I enabled joomla system cache plugin

and I noticed that this creates issues with filters and filters module

I have a filter module and a "Multiselect" field enabled for filtering (it's the only one enabled in the module)

after filtering the records one time, then I have issues when trying to reset filters and/or change them,

my joomla cache settings are:

Conservative Cache - ON

System cache plugin - ON

Cobalt filters module cache - OFF

if i turn off system cache plugin but mantain conservative cache on, the issues disappear

maybe you can test this on your side and see if there are solutions,

system cache pluign really speed up joomla websites, is a pity to have to turn it off

In filter plugin we do not manage cache at all. If it is managed it is managed on the level of the Joomla system. And I am sure we will not be able to affect it how it works.

True. But that is components. Modules are controlled by Joomla differently. Every module have it's own cache parameter but it does not work as nican wrote.
