they said to use Heading Tag(h3): Heading tag also play an important role in S.E.O .I'll suggest, make you page heading as h3 heading Generally Joomla follow this rule automatically but some templates don't follow this concept.

can you explain please ?

I already mentioned to you somewhere what in template parameters you can set what H level you want for article titles. Please do not multili topics. I have very hard time to support people. If you start posting the same request few times, I will just stack here on support and I need also some time for development.

Yes Now Joomla with all its extensions is better for building a good solid website with all the features you desire. And you can bring it to high rankings in the search engines as well, if you start with the proper technical enhancements. But the heading tag depends on the template you have choosen.

h1 is important, h2 in several case but no h3 is not a fundamental for seo, it is great when you write an article and you tell to search engine how is the structure of my article
