Update - Cobalt v.8.291 Stable

New Cobalt v 8.291 is here. This update has important security fix. Although it does not fix what was already affected but prevent from future issues. The problem was in creating folders inside uploads directory. Those folders was created with 777 rights which can cause some security issues. Please do not forget to reset all you folders inside uploads folder to 755.
