Hello, some ideas for record selection from multiple types. Most applicable to Pop-Up modal and multi-select field. Maybe also useful for checkboxes variant and structured layout.
Pop-Up modal window:
There is already a search/filter input. Maybe a Selectbox with types or even Section names would be helpful.
Multi-Select field:
Grouping records by type/section in
tag.
Checkboxes:
Headings (type or section) names could devide many checkboxes into groups.
