here errors that i get when i install a new update of my app:

You have to rebuild your apps on latest Cobalt and install on latest Cobalt too.

i used latest Cobalt v. 8.451, Joomla! 3.2 and still i get this problem , i tried on many Clean Joomla! site, but still get this message:

what should I test you package? Because all packages I did are installable.

strange, but what i did are not. check this package done with latest Cobalt version

But you have manually repacked it. You may rename package but you should leave it as it is packed by packer.

Few suggestions. Do not pack default templates. Foe example you pack default markup template. But for what? It is the same. You also pack list_blog, default comments and rating JED. Those could be excluded.

The problem is that in copyright you used "& copy ;" Delete it or change to ©.
