hello i 'm building a sport store, i would have a question ?

can i use order id from mijoshop to cobalt thank to a field ,

I thought to use a sql request but i don't know if we can do that in cobalt

2nd question : can we use cobalt with more 50000 categories ?

Not sure what you mean. I mean I understand what you ask but this is too simple question for this complex task. You have to describe all the process how you imagine it will work.

customer need a support about an order, could submit a ticket and select a order id in selec field

You can use SQL source in single select field. It will even create a link to order.
