Hello. I am trying to import existing members and plans from OSE Membership but no luck.
First as you see there is layout problem I can't pick anything about active users.
Second when I am clicking import nothing happend.
and third my question about OSE membership is still not solved. I am talking about how to import membership plans, users and payments? I mean should I import them first to the Emerald 9 and then to migrate to the version 10 or I can install directly version 10?..
I am confused I bought a component 2 weeks ago but still can't move it on. Your answer is so slow and so many bugs. Also you said to update it to the latest version I checked the download section and there is only version Emarald 9.448. is that the last one? If it is not from which secion I have to download it?.. And again I prefer to use the Emerald 10 if there is a direct way to migrate.
