Hiring a Cobalt Developer

I am interested in hiring someone who's already familiar with Cobalt so that we can update a custom Joomla! site that we last updated in 2017. (The site is currently offline, but we would re-deploy it using a backup.) This person can work from anywhere but will need to know how to speak US English. I will need them to sign an Nondisclosure/Non-compete agreement. I am looking for reliability and flexibility, as we know what we want, but sometimes we will need to make changes based on user feedback. This can be a one time gig to update/customize Cobalt, or (preferably) an ongoing gig after setup.

Would anyone in here be interested in working with me? I think staying with Cobalt is the way to go, but I don't want to teach anyone how to use it!
