Hi Sergey,

I purchased the change user group plugin and installed it. Now I can see change user group under Action. However it does not work at all. After the user is subscribed , the user does not get assigned to corresponding joomla user group. I need this functionality. Can you please fix this issue in tomorrow's release?

Regards

Action is triggered only when user is logged in.

That means that is you as admin set subscription to anyone, that anyone will be moved only after he logged in.

Thanks. Yes I checked even after user is logged in and user group is still not assigned to the user.

Hi Sergey,

Here is the step to reproduce the issue.

Register as a new user

Choose the subscription during registration. I choose the free plans (This free plan has change user group associated by admin on frontend).

Then check on joomla backend admin for the new user

The new user's usergroup on backend is just registered.

There are two issues involved after the registration.

1) User does not get any automated email for confirmation and activation (I think there is another issue created and you said you are embedding the activation email code in emerald plugin)

2) 2nd issue is user does not get assigned to right joomla user group.

If there is an error we will fix it today and I'll update Emerald later today too.
