install error for pkg_cobalt v.7.8937 and media_mint v.1.2

I tried installing both new versions of each components and received the same message for both

JFolder::create: Could not create directory

Warning: Failed to move file!

How can I fix this??

PLease be sure to check your Joomla system information that all folders are writable.
