Cobalt Commenting - configuration will not save

I am using cobalt v.8.345 on J315 (WAMP php 5.3.13) with calendar pack v.8.4.

On the "Event" Types Configuration, after adding "Cobalt Commenting" I am unable to change the Commenting Configuration options. I can change the settings, but after save, everything returns to default.

I could easily change comments settings to any given value.
