I checked and I inserted it correctly in my override template...
maybe the comments template doesn't accept that label to be a language variable but I don't know exactly where to look for this, I checked comments template but there's nothing there obviously as this are template on-the-fly customizations made from the type settings..., can you check?

I set language variables for comments template
they all works except the first one,
