Using the url field, value is lost after editing. - Cobalt 8

I'm noticing a weird behavior from the URL field. When you first enter a url and save the record everything behaves as normal. However if you edit the record the url field value disappears. This means that if the user does no re-enter the url every time they edit the field value goes away.

Any ideas? Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I check and all works fine. Can you check have you errors in console in firebug?

Here is what I'm seeing DOM tab of firefox under Cobalt. Ive added text below in case the image is too small.

Cobalt

field_call_url

    "/component/cobalt/?task...eld_call&tmpl=component"

It seems relevant, any ideas?

I can't see here any errors. Can you check console tab in firebug, not DOM.
