Auto checkin - Cobalt 7

I believe a plugin for Cobalt records similar to AutoCheckin Plugin is needed, since i observed quite some locked records along the way...

This is how we want to make all integration. First we ask other to integrate and support them with explanation of how it could be done. If they reject, we make integration.
