Section parameter "Mark new records"

If this parameter is on, than would execute one more query in db to define has this user seen this record or not. Result would save in $item->new with values (1 or 0). You can use it for advanced display in template, like it done in forum template.

There is already article in the docs that mention it. If you try to search through docs for "Mar new records" it would show that article first.
