Hi! I have to create website with many categories. I want to possibility to our users to view only these categories, which they want to see. For example my website have 40 categories. User A want to see only categories 1, 2 and 3, but user 2 want to see only category 5. Is it possible to create a panel for users, so they can choose which categories they want to watch?

Yes, but that will be filter. Like advansed search without search text. You only limit by selected categories.

For that

  1. Allow saech through all section in section Filter mode parameter.
  2. In markup template parameters set category filter style.

Ok. But there is possibility to save the user preference? User A set specify filter and after that he logged out. If he logging in again, his preference are reset or save in database?

It is only saved during the session.
