jQuery conflict in submission form

Hi!

I have my website: http://backup.najlepsze-obrazki.pl/

I have to deploy the jQuery to my website. Everything is OK on HomePage.

But when I go to submission form the Gallery field doesn't work.

And I know why - jQuery plugin is duplicated.

How to resolve this?

jQuery must be active on every page.

You have to be sure that jQuery is included before any other script and noConflict mode is turned on.

Why jQuery is loaded twice? Probably one time in plugin and one time in template? I am not sure.
