Official Answer

Right now there us not integration but you can try.

And we do not recommend to use it to start build new sites. Because on release of beta we will offer to re-install it totally. We already have some small DB changes.

Cobalt is working side by side with Jomsocial since the RC build of Cobalt was released ... :D
