Yootheme WARP / Master seems to work fine.

(not sure about certain pre-made templates or widget kit, loads own jQuery!)

many problèmes with jquery

Complex frameworks come with own script libraries... easy to get it even worse with 3rdparty components. No matter if they run jQueryNoConflict... multiple Libs and wrong loading order can mess-up your site. Not to mention the loading time and CSS!

I would suggest to investigate your framework and extensions. Note every script(lib) that is included. Are there options to turn them off? Make use of this options. (i.e. K2 can load his own library, it can be turned off in global config etc.)

You can also try and add certain Javascript optimizing plugins. (choose ONLY ONE, try them step by step, KEEP ONLY ONE)

Best rated and well-known extensions (with different options! Also care about Mootools):

For me, it is not so on the JS framework, more on the CSS classes they use.

The best advice for Cobalt compatibility would be to choose a bootstrap template. With non bootstrap templates, they sometimes clash with their defined classes, even when "template compatibility" is switched on.

in fact i use too Joomshaper template (their framework use Boostrap but i have many issues) and here you ae their reply : "Seems the problem is with jQuery script order. Cobalt should load there jQuery script after the jQuery loaded."
