Yes set fields access rights in form template parameters.

Clowride,

you have also other options beside the way Sergey showed to you (if you just want to display 2 dates).

1) Using 2 date fields with single date picker

2) Using 1 date field with date_range parameter.

3) You can also use the Override settings to modify the fields, Sergey mentioned above, from a DateTime field.
