Cobalt 8 customization infos

SubMenu (sidebar)

The submenu is quite easy to achieve in C8. But it is a core helper file: toolbar.php
If someone else is interested, I can do the modification and send the file to you for the next C8 update!

SubMenu (components menu)

Did not search for it. Where is it located?

QuickIcons (grid)

The QuickIcons was a temp browser modd, because my 3rdParty module was not able to use IcoMoon, just images. The new v3.2.0 seems to support it, including multilanguage and ACL. So, anybody interested in this kind of dashboard style... you can do it now with:

HeadsUp: The KC QuickIcons might have less options, but it seems to be Joomla! compliant and much smaller! The opensourced AsiKart extensions seem to install extra "framework" stuff. Quite large, IMHO.
