Joomla 3.7.4 and Emerald 9 I can't get into the configuration panel.

I just installed Emerald. And when I am going to the Emerald configuration panel I am getting this one:

First of all I can see that you do nto have latest version because line number does not much. I added some changes. Open file components/com_emerald/models/fields/emcountry.php and in line 13 add jimport('mint.helper');.

Install latest version before.

Can you explain for me about which version you are talking about? For now I have: 9.448

Which is the last version?..

Also I want to use version 10 but is that any module to migrate from OSE Membership?.. Or I have to use version 9 import everything from OSE Membership and then migrate to the version 10?..
