Error when copying rating template

Hi there - just checking :D

It says template copied successfully but there is the following warning:

Warning

JFile: :copy: Cannot find or read file: $/home/classicr/public_html/components/com_cobalt/configs/.json

Is this a problem? How should I fix it?

Cannot access site at all

It seems to be a server error - I cannot access via ftp or control panel either, though what caused it I have no idea. I only copied the template files...

Hi there, yes the server crashed. I'm confused though as to why as I would not like to repeat the problem. Given that I was working on copying templates when it happened that seems like a logical place to start - has anyone else experienced this or similar?

That is good news indeed. Yes it is a shared server, although my other site on the same server is working fine. I will have to wait to find out more from the hosts. Thank you.

Actualy there should not be a way to copy rating template. My fault. You can only copy it manually.
