Integration with Real Estate Component

optimized I am open to ideas on which Real Estate component to use which fits best with Emerald 9.

Any component will work with Emerald. Choose after what functioanlity you need rather then what fits Emerald. Because Emerald will work with anything.

You can even use Cobalt if you do not have online reservation of apartments.

Yes. But how to do that depends on an extension you use.

Both. If you use Cobalt you can set in type parmeters to protect access based on subscription. If you use any other extension, you create rule in Emarald plan. But both will work the same.

The only one reason and recommendation to use Cobalt in this case is only because it is simply such an awesome content constructor which will to some extent give you so much more than any other real estate extension.
