multiple addresses in email field?

Is it possible to allow multiple addresses in an email field? I want to set up a type that enables the author to enter a list of email addresses that are notified when a staus field changes.

Seems there is a problem with this field... when I leave it blank, the form submits fine. If I enter a valid address in this field and click "Save", the submit buttons grey out and Cobalt never saves. This is using Chrome 49 and IE 11 with Cobalt 8.707.

I get the following message in the console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: EmailCheck is not defined

This function should be in components/com_cobalt/fields/email/email.js. Test thast this file is loaded on that page.

I have no idea what was going on. I finally got some time today to investigate more and it's all working. Very strange. We'll close this for now and if I run into more trouble with it I'll take the steps we discussed here and get back to you. Thanks for your help.
