mint joomla strange link behaviour

Hi. when i first visit to the site and click Notification it redirects me another page. and only second attempt to notification directs me to notification page . this happening from 3/4 days

I cant remember but it was not notification page. But i can ensure you that i clicked on notification menu . If it happen again i will copy the link. By the way this time it woking fine .
