Yes there is an issue with this. We cannot find where it is not updated. Can you enable debug mode and see error stack in error log?

Oh! Yes. It is a saved notifications. They store JSON data for users. Please delete all notifications. THat is it.

It seems, the error message appears because I install Forum Pack, I guess :)

There is no error message after I deleted all item in the forum.

Finally, i got the same error with 1 of the above userID's. I thought it was my fault, because of tests with Cobalt Tools and userID changes. I also had an error 500 on Notification center and logged in SuperAdmin...

Cleared Notifications on ForumPack page... and everything is back to normal. :D

BTW, same happens on Cobalt 8 and fresh Forum pack install.
