Error 500 Upgrade to 3.6

Hi, after upgrade to Joomla 3.6 i have this error when i try to access to Cobalt in Backend or section in front end

Error 500 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /sitename/libraries/mint/helper.php on line 48

Your php is too old. I am using new syntax already. Please update at least 5.4.

Ok thanks. PHP updated to 5.4.45 and it works but i get this error in frontend:

Error loading component: var/www/vhosts/xxx/components/com_cobalt/library/php/community/com_cobalt, Component not found.

after joomla 3.6.2 and Coblat 8.719 upgrad i still have the same problem... how can i solve? thks marco
