No. Nothing like this in cobalt. Here is why.

In Resources we had features that are not used often and that we were not recommending to use. Also we had parameters for inheritance everywhere why scared people making an impression of complexity.

I cobalt we were able to rethink all parameters and now there are not so many of them at the same time providing greater flexibility. And there is not features we would like to hide by default and allow only for advanced users.
