Hello,

I have created a new membership site and I need to move the active subscribers over. Will it break anything to copy the db tables and then just change the IPN in PayPal?

You cannot transfer recurring PayPal payments to new site. It is impossible. You cannot change IPN URL.

Do you mean that changing the IPN URL will break the subscriptions, or that you "actually cannot change it"? Because in PayPal, you can change the IPN URL.

In PP you can change general IPN URL on the parameter where you turn it on or off. But every order attach to that order new IPN URL with different parameters for every order. You cannot change those.

The only way to do it is create custom sript on old domain, that will catch IPN and transfer it to new site or process it right there, but in that case sites have to be on one server.
