Hi,

I would like to use multiple comments solutions in single record. For now I have Cobalt type as comments for my reviews configured via administrator. Now I would like to add another comments system for discussions (cobalt comments, facebook comments or...)

How can I add second comments system programatically?

You will have to do it manually in your full article template. Place load comments to tab and add other tabs. In those tabs place JS code as recomended by comment provider.
