Hidden and archive

Hi,

what is the difference between hidden and archive record. If record is hidden then you can't access full view but the record is still visible in list view. Is this right behaviour?

If the record is archived then I don't see any difference with normal behaviour. Record is still visible in list and in full.

Record is searchable if either of options is selected.

AFAIK, archive is not fully implemented, not functional. Do not use it.

Can't re-create the issue. My hidden test record is only visible in user's homepage -> hidden records. It is not visible to anyone else, even my SuperAdmin can't see it.

With advanced filters, Cobalt search input or J! global Search?

I tried with Cobalt search input in filter module.
