Filter module, remove empty categories, text search

Hello,

hwo do I remove empty categories from appearing in filter module? For now I have all countries as categories but a lot of them don't have records. So right now there is a lot no results in my pages.

2nd, how can configure that text search will work as following. My record is called "Demo resort". If I enter "Demo resort" in text search then I have result but if I enter "demo res" then I have no results. What must I do for "demo res" to show results?

Try to change Search Mode parameter to %LIKE% in:

YourSection -> General parameters -> FullText Search

AFAIK, no need to re-index.

Thanks, I was always using detect auto mode.

Maybe Category-Index templates and Categories module is a good place to search in. Both have options to exclude empty categories.
