Hi, I installed forum pack and there is also option to submit private ticket. I'm just curious which parameter says that ticket will be visible only to admins and to user who submited ticket?

This is different content type. This type is limited to be submitted only to that categories and also have special access by default. It also have additional fields like status and priority.
