Kill double notifications or specify X number times edited

It appears like it's a bug, but it's not.. you edited the record 2 times. I already had noticed this in Cobalt.

It would make more sense to show:

Record has been edited 2 times by Sergey in [date]

or, if the notification text is the same, just show 1 notification.
