.granted/tiered Subscriptions

Hello,

I have been trying to get up multiple subscriptions Bronze, Silver, Gold.

Originaly i wanted Bronze and Silver to become hidden when purchasing gold which i couldnt seem to figuer out a way to do.

I then decided to make automaticly grant bronze and silver to the users when purchasing a gold level subscription, unfortunatly the bronze and silver subscriptions that get granted appear to start from the end date of the Gold level when they are all set to 1 year?

A solution to either option would be much appreciated.

Here is what i get when purchasing a Silver subscription.

Silver is subscription_id:2, bronze which is automaticly granted is subscription_id:1

There is a configuration in the plan how to start subscription. Please look there. I do not have Joomla 2.5 installed cannot say more exactly.

Thanks both for taking the time to respond,

I have had a look for the how to start subscription settings but with no luck.

Here is a screenshot of both plans side by side to show the settings we currently.

Deselect Period cross plan setting any plans in any plans. This is for attaching one plaan to the other. If you want plan to start. If you want them to start on the moment of grant, this should not be selected.
