i create 4 membership plans. In 2 plans i want file uploading in 2 not. how it is possible.

Hello! Please, specify "file uploading". Which component or extension is used for uploads?
In general, make sure you have read the Emerald documentation. Especially about "Rules" and universal URL restriction.
