Emerald 10 Payment gateway on/off options not showing

I am attempting to configure the payment gateway for my subscribers. But I am unable to slect yes or no on the patyment gateway config screens. Please see the attached screen shot. Please let me know asap, as I cant take payments wihtout the gateways on.

The button formatting is messed up and it is not showing the slider correclty. The other tabs are working. Screen Shot 2017-04-12 at 5.59.26 PM

This happens on some templates where there is jQuery conflict.

The way around it is:

  1. Crealte link in menu to emerald control panel and set protostar template for that.
  2. Try to use Emerald 10. I remember I have addressed this in Emerald 10.

There is another issue in the same regard. I tried to enter a new group with the protostar template set still. It would not let me save the the group. I have attached a screen shot of the issue.

The error say that jQury is not included. Some other extension or template tamper with JS codes.
