I've been using Cobalt earlier and liked it a lot.
Had a need at the time (and still have).
My users will need to be able to download their submissions as PDFs. (construction specs / work docs)
Last time it was not possible to edit the PDFs (I need to be able to control the look of the pdf so that it is consistent - pagebreaks, font size etc)
- has that changed, or, if not, can you recommend a developer who can help me change the CSS - if that's where it's done (will be paid of course) ?
