XMAP plugin seems broken

Hi:

I get: XML Parsing Error: no element found. Sitemap is not including Cobalt items. Previous builds worked fine.

Hi:

Installed v 2.9 from depot but problem still there. IF i disable cobalt xmap plugin, the xmap completes the sitemap without error.
