Update - Cobalt v.8.430 Stable

New Cobalt 8.430 - Joomla CCK is here.

It looks like new update system is fully ready. Now we are absolutely sure that every one have up to date DB structure.

• fix - instaltion DB updater.
• fix - user commented articles.
• add - module submit button tooltipp for registration or login.
• fix - cobalt - emerald plans selection in type and fields.
• fix - cobalt - gallery fix styles, comments, off switsh on scroll if comments is on.
• fix - reset filters if filters and menu set not to be displaied update.
• fix - search plugin to use exact phrase.
• refactor - delete all JRequest in the code as it does not work in 3.2 anymmore as expected.
