Update - Cobalt v.8.360 Stable

Cobalt 8.360 - amazing Joomla CCK is here and 3.2 ready.

In this update some cool improvements and additions.

• fix - module category show records when no more categories test change
• Improve - users do not get notification from the record if they have no access to full view.
• Improve - do not autosubscribe user to article if he do not have access to full view.
• Improve - do not show follow or bookmark buttons in list artiles view if user have no access to full view.
• add all fields with SQL source ability to connect to external SQL DB.
• fix - fatal error on Joomla 3.2 with Komento.
